Snowy sunset

It was a balmy -9 here this morning but -15 just down the road in West Linton, must be in a frost pocket.

Worked this morning and then a friend came over bearing home-baked goods later on. We went out for a sunset walk in the snowy woods and then back for coffee and treats.

I'm loving this new calmer work/life balance. I slept so much better last night now the pressure is off a bit too. I even managed to stay up until 10pm. Colder tonight - it was already -10 by 7pm.

Looking at the forecast my weekend markets are in jeopardy, with snow set to return on Friday, a watching brief by the looks of it.
