This company have a variety of bikes and trikes which can be hired by disabled people or those recovering from operations. We tried them out as a group of older people going round a circuit in Birkenhead Park.

They have these all over the Country I believe and it was only £5 for an hour. What a great way for a carer to take an older disabled or younger disabled child out for an hour or more.
I loved it and can honestly say I felt my strength increasing in my legs and what's more I didn't ache the next day.
