Clouding up

We left Christchurch for the drive home which usually takes around five hours but I in my wisdom decided to take the east coast route stopping in Kaikoura for lunch which was just 40 minutes.
We had roadworks going into Kaikoura and a stream of roadworks up to Blenheim so taking seven hours to get home which was quite frustrating.
As all these roadworks were to lay a chip seal which I disagree with as it is a cheap lash up rather than doing a proper repair I also now have a large crack in my windscreen.

The Blip was taken as we were leaving Kaikoura along the town centre looking out to the hills and cloud building behind them.
