Bullfinch.

We took a turn around to see if we could spot those elusive waxwings again but sadly they were not to be found. However, we did spot a number of bullfinches feeding on a tree loaded with those pinky-white berries. I don’t think I have ever seen more than one or two together at the same time so to spot seven or eight was a real treat. 
Although it didn’t seem quite so cold today, the mercury has dropped with a vengeance this evening.
