We passed the library on the way to Ocean Terminal for me to see a very nice young man in the mobile phone shop about a new phone.

This afternoon will be mainly about reading. Reading a PhD thesis on, would you believe it, telecomms policies and regulatory governance in the EU, in preparation for the viva on Thursday.
