The calm before the storm; the peace before the chaos; the quiet before the tempest; the age of innocence … The football was so stressy. The swim was so not.

A good Saturday though. Played taxi driver / washerwoman / home keeper but got a swim in before the footie. Feel unexpectedly sad for the team. We’ll take our England flags down now :-(
