Gaudete

Joy, rejoice and be glad..that is the message of the third Sunday in Advent, when a pink candle is lit on the Advent wreath.
Though there is indeed much to rejoice about I do feel that with the situation with food, energy and conflict across the world, that I need to and feel I want to, adopt a more sober and somber feeling.. though I have never been a “party girl”, this year somehow feels the need for more reserve..
