Swimming in the Rain

On my morning stroll, I saw these hardy souls head out for their Sunday morning lake swim.  Most of them were wearing wet suits, but some were just in their bathing togs!

I then went to church the sermon was about Christmas (extra 1).  Today is the third Sunday in Advent, (Joy).  Sorry the photo is out of focus!!  The third extra is of the spring flowers.  The Christmas Carol today was 'Once in Royal David's City'.

Tomorrow the walking group is having a Christmas lunch at the Cardrona Hotel.  We will do a walk around the village first, then enjoy the festive season together.  Although it is raining today, the forecast tomorrow is for fine weather.
