Me and My Shadow

Strong sunshine this morning prompted me to set my kit up in the conservatory before grabbing a rose from the front garden, still icy in the shade, and seeing what I could get before temperature won!

J and I spent a pleasant time watching birds in the garden this afternoon.  From the relative warmth of the conservatory, we observed blue tit, crowd of long tailed tits, thrush, blackbird, large spotted woodpecker and green spotted woodpecker - all in the garden at the same time.
