What struck my fancy

Wissington

in southwest Norfolk is the site of Britain's largest sugar factory producing it annually from 3 million tonnes of locally grown sugar beet, here since 1925. The site also produces bioethanol as a byproduct.

I have taken a few photos of the place but the wind has always been in the "wrong" direction blowing the steam to the left rather than to the right to help me frame the composition. This afternoon conditions were more favourable and the red glow from the setting sun was pleasing as well.
