A place to sit

Provided that it is not raining. 

Landscaping by the previous owner included a short retaining wall made with old railway sleepers. At this point, the sleepers are arranged in such a way that there is a seat facing the front of the house.

Not only rain discourages sitting there. The sleepers have been there a very long time, and have been eroded by various means. One of my anticipated tasks is the reorganise this part of the front portion of the section. Partly to protect the big Ponga at this corner, and partly to encourage relaxing in this spot.
