Maggie's candle

What should have been a full day of activity has been anything but. I should have helped at Maggie's Christmas Party, watched the semi finals and finals of the Farmers Curling, and spent the evening window dressing for our street's living advent calendar. Instead I did nothing.

I woke this morning, very early, with a full blown cold and have felt miserable all day. I'm sure I'll have more energy tomorrow but I have already cancelled my girl's day out as I'm sure they won't want me spreading my germs.
