Grandma's Stuff
Stuff.
It could be used. It could be new. But it is kept because could probably be used again, come in handy for something. For a laid-back culture, the amount of stuff in most places suggests the contrary.
I am constantly amazed how much stuff can fit into a small space. Whether that's eggs begin packed into the back of a truck, brooms on a cart, or fruit and random stuff in grandma's vending space. (I'm sure her grandson is not for sale though, so don't ask the price.)
