Kelp

This is a piece of art, by a friend here in town, made from the same kelp that I posted two days ago on the beach.


The artist works weeks on these long kelps to get the fishy smell out and to keep them so supple that she can “weave” all kind of shapes with it.

A strenuous trip to Springfield Willamalane pool for PT and back home . That was three hours driving in the pouring rain while still heavily jet lagged ( that causes me to wake up between 3 and 4 am.) was happy that all went well.
