Cruck barn

We had an invigorating short, frosty walk around Arley Gardens this morning, the ground very crunchy underfoot.

A major feature is the old cruck barn, constructed in 1471 which has been in use for all manner of things since then. There was a Christmas Tree display there today, each tree decorated by a different local school, with hand - made decorations made by the pupils.
