Cerne Abbas

This morning we picked up another hire car, this one a bright red one.
We went for a drive around the Cerne Abbas area, the Cerne Giant is carved on the side of a hill.
There are some lovely old buildings in this village. We had lunch in a very old pub with low ceilings and flagstone floors.

Oilseed Rape is now in flower and made the countryside look bright and cheery when in fact it was very chilly out of the car.

Called in for a cuppa with Dad and then back to change before going to Langdon for a meal with Bill and Angie.
It's raining tonight, and very late so no more talk sleep now!!
