Sugar Loaf from Tibradden
Some wet snow fell last night and then froze. Today was cold with clear blue skies. Driving conditions were difficult but I got up to the Dublin Mountains and had a short walk up Fairy Castle and Tibradden. Today's blip is Sugar Loaf Mountain taken from near the ancient burial cairn on Tibradden. Although the temperature was hovering around 0 degrees C, it didn't feel too cold as there was no wind. All the trees and bushes had a mantle of snow and the extra is snow covering a shrub.
