River Calder, Whalley

A trip to Whalley in search of new walking boots for Santana.  Great care taken over fitting and how to look after the boots.  Success.

Very tasty lunch in Whalley and then home via Clitheroe, Gisburn, Long Preston, Settle, and Kirkby Lonsdale.  Amazingly cold day (-6.5 in some places), bright and sunny and beautiful scenery in the Dales.  Ingleborough in extras.
