Walking the dog

A deep, deep frost yesterday morning which then hung around all day,  never leaving the rooves of houses and cars.  I was out and about quite a bit  but was well wrapped up, coat, hat, scarf etc.
We were not going to have a tree this Christmas  but our son had two delivered to his house in error and so we inherited the second one.  M was very pleased.  Off to our second Christmas party of the year tonight.  Weatherwise: it continues to be very cold, at 10am -1°C, never going higher than 2.
