Notes: Early morning jog to the beach and down Gulf Way. Lots of moisture in the air so felt warm and thick. In the morning, made sweet potato scones after thawing the Thanksgiving leftover - these are with dark chocolate chunks and chips (came out yummy again!). The rest of the day was a lot of on-and-off prep with a bit of sun time out back by the pool (first time for that here) - dinner was the remaining filets, sauteed onions/garlic/mushrooms, roasted butternut squash, and arugula salad. I warmed a couple plaintains that needed to be eaten but was too much. Bette took some sides over to Susan (she'd already gotten scones in the morning). Moira to Book Club in the evening so took a plate over to Joe and caught up w/ him for over an hour and saw the dogs.
