Jingle Bells.....

A frosty start,then a bout of the white stuff just to add to the fun.
It eased off so managed to sort out the cows and calves I brought in yesterday. The calves got their backs clipped,their intra nasal pneumonia vaccine,and a ivomectin wormer dose. The cows got their freeze brands clipped to make them more readable. Had them all done by lunch time,so not bad going.
An afternoon spent bagging up propcorn treated bruised barley out a trailer,so now got lungs full of stoor and acid, lovely !
A trip to the chiro tonight. The back roads round here are fun,the gritters usually don't bother any further than the village. You'd think our council tax didn't count !
