Festive Miner

The Miner has had his usual festive makeover - it looks a little minimalist but he has got lights round his hat! he railings to the side of him have been yarn bombed spectacularly - so i imagine he is feeling rather relieved he didn't get similar treatment! I'll blip them next time I go to the post office in Gunnislake village! 
I'm disappointed that the hack I've been using  for the 2 rooms at the front of the house has failed. I'd read that salt in glasses would absorb the moisture - well it is as the salt is damp and has to be dried in the oven ready for the next night. However there is far too much condensation as  they are bay windows and the rooms unheated and as the house is south facing there is no sun apart from early in the am (if the sun is actually out at all) I'm now debating whether to buy dehumidifiers or a battery squigee! More   research needed!!!
