On the Cairds?

Dundee’s Caird Hall the possibly unlikely venue for first emergency responders feedback gathering on weather & flooding services for three years. Lucky I was chairing the afternoon half, as ScotFail cancelled the train I, and several others, were supposed to be travelling on. This last minute, no explanation crap is becoming a monotonously regular occurrence, it used to be such a good railway network too. 
Says a lot that I drove to the station just in case, as it’s easy walking distance. On the positive side I was at least able to offer some stranded passengers a lift up there!
