The current coxwain is not in the photo but at this point the crew are doing no work. This is a long line tow from the rescue boat in the background.

Excellent calm conditions, although cold work if you’re not rowing. Even colder if you are the ‘man overboard’. Richard stepped up (or off) for that but at least we got him out pretty quickly!
