Still feeling decidedly strange, even the beach didn't work it's magic today - the wind just gave me earache to go with my achy everything else.
But we've got a good weekend lined up and I'm not going to let some pesky lurgy spoil it for us, some I'm going to go to bed and attempt to sleep whatever it is off.
