Sometimes it is difficult to determine the intent of some people's decorations in their yards.  For example, is this a religious decoration or a means to hang outdoor plants?  Perhaps the giant letters were a political statement or support for the FIFA football/soccer team.

Or perhaps they just threw their junk in the front yard...
