Big wave, small shell.

I had been going to use this for yesterday's  tiny Tuesday but couldn't bear to turn it into a black and white. 
I happened to say to a friend sometime ago that l had been to an exhibition of Hokusai's work and how much l had enjoyed all the 'great wave'  prints.  For my birthday she had asked an art student to paint the wave inside a shell.  Wasn't that  thoughtful of her and I love it.

Weatherwise: at 10am 2°C, feels like -1.  Does not get any warmer all day.
