It's Yellow but it's not the Sun

Late-ish evening and the Sun came out briefly but long enough for me to get set up for a shot. As it was low in the sky the atmosphere made for a not very clear image. However a big sunspot is beginning to appear round the limb and has just fired off an M class flare, although not earthwards. I also noticed these backlit daffs which looked quite spectacular.
