Knackered Starlings

My son alerted me to these starlings taking a well earned break from the frantic feeding of chicks. The one on the right remained in that position for several minutes. The left-hand one flew in and bellyflopped with wings spread, and stayed like that. The middle one hardly moved. Eventually they got back to work.

Sorry about the quality of the shot. It was taken through the flawed kitchen window, and a whole lot of things in the way.
