Candy Preparation
Missy Ann began the process of making buckeyes. I didn't realize that it was a multi-day enterprise but working on them at room temperatures just ends up being a mess. They have to be chilled to prevent sticking and they warm up quickly after being taken from the fridge.
Tomorrow comes the double boiler to melt some chocolate.
