Des res with sea view

It is actually for sale - a derelict grainstore plus attached cottage right on the coast - 210,000 euro should you fancy it but you'll  need at least double that to get it up and running.  I had a little inspection sneak inside - nice windows but the rest is a shell. I'm adding it to Tivoli's Arachne's Advent calendar series - not brick I'm afraid but some nice stone and a definite challenge re windows!
A bright sunny and crisp day - Christmas cards written, some mince pies baked and a yomp around the circuit.
Another recommended film (tis the season!) is The Stranger: seriously intense, all psychological with some excellent acting, music and photography, set somewhere remote and spooky in Australia!
