Parr Fold Park trees

A little brightness on my walk today. A supermarket shop in a ridiculously busy Tesco, and a couple of useful phone calls this morning. J’s blue badge should now be on it’s way to him, and that will help make getting around more straightforward.

Progress is slow, but I hope we’re moving in the right direction. I’m still feeling physically, mentally and emotionally exhausted, so it’s going to take a while yet .
