Spaghetti modelling

Sometimes my job is great fun and sometimes my job is like putting your head through a mangle. Today was a bit of both.

I was facilitating a meeting where this diagram was drawn, representing referrals into each service area (in case you were wondering). Great fun getting them to work it out, head-through-a-mangle because I have to turn it into a working process map next week. Yikes!
