POLAR BEAR CLASS

Had a great day today. Really nice calm class. The afternoon was a bit tricky as they were so engaged in their history lesson about censuses that we struggled to get through it and do the planned science. In the end; after consultation with parallel teacher, we abandoned science and had a great history lesson.
In the evening we went out for a Chinese with O & V and then onto the cafe where Yurii works. It was in fact a bistro and quite a posh one and we know the owner…small world. We shared our concerns about a lad from our local church but all is going well for Y so I hope he’s turned over a new leaf. He gave a great report about Yurii and his Mum was so proud. Lovely to be part of that moment.
