I have about 8 Cauliflower in the vege garden at the moment !
Which is great because they have been a ridiculous price in the supermarkets, around $8 each.
So , this one is slightly pink , because it’s leaves didn’t grow over it and cover it from the light. The less light on them the more brilliant white they become,
There are purple varieties now too.

I’m going to make cauliflower cheese with this one like Sam!
