Very thankful...

... that I had this on tonight. 


Foot slipped off my pedal and I took a flyer. Smacked the back of my head on pathway, Thankfully helmet took the brunt of it.

Then a Nun turned up and asked if I was OK!
 Couldn't make it up! :-D
