View from Polesden Lacey

After one final visit to the solictors I headed home from my sister and BIL's stopping off at Polesden Lacy for my annual Christmas visit.  Once again the National Trust staff have put on a good display (though I must admit I found some of the previous year's ones better).  Afterwards I took a walk round the estate.  At times the views towards the hills were breath-taking as the sun squeezed itself through the heavy clouds. I'm not sure I managed the light very well, but the resulting image suits today's Mono Monday challenge of Sun.
