Jackdaw

Both the Heritage Park and Pollok Park have some resident Jackdaws. 

In the Heritage Park they tend to keep fairly close to the area where folk often feed the geese and ducks and there is a chance of pinching a crumb or two. 
In Pollok it's not quite so easy for them. People do put out seeds for the birds but they are almost too small for the Jackdaws to pick up with their large beaks.

Bright today but really rather cold ..... plenty of layers needed.
