A Fine Winters Day

A beautiful sunny and calm day, evening too.  A fairly cold day.

A fine lazy Sunday morning as usual, and then got out walkies with Sammy.  We popped by Madeline's for a cuppa.  Got some washing out, but it never dried.  Met friend Julie for walkies in the afternoon, and also Sunday Teas with craft stalls, in the Gulberwick Hall.  Working in the shop this evening.  Even with a fine night, it was quiet.  Early to bed. 

Almost a perfect winters day today, just need a light dusting of snow, which is due to come this week.  A day needing to be out to enjoy it, and that's exactly what I did.  The low sun soon dipped under the low clouds, but it remained a fine day.  Looking over Hamnavoe from Roadside, Burra.
