Cake done.

Nice long soak and book finished this morning. Bit of ironing while hubby winterised the camper.
Christmas cake in the oven we headed off for a damp walk, very quiet as everyone else avoided the rain.
Got timed tickets for a national trust property tomorrow, all decorated for Christmas, not planned but where we were heading would have been outside and rain forecast.
Cake will get fed a few times before icing the week before Christmas.
