Next Day

I am having a proper Sunday. 

The task list is being ignored. 

I did force myself to go out running in the park late in the morning, but I felt very lethargic. My timing was good, and I got my session done without getting soaked by one of the rain showers which are today's weather feature. 

I am about to force myself into the kitchen to cook something good, but phoning for a takeaway has a strong attraction. 

I got my Blip in the park this morning. It is a bit deceptive. It has been one of those grey December days when proper daylight never seems to arrive.
