One of the trickier parts about living in the middle of nowhere is that we don’t have a trash service. We do have a dum/landfill about 35 miles away but it’s a pain to get to often, although it is nice and inexpensive.
Since we’re outside the city limits we ARE allowed to burn our trash, however. We only burn cardboard/paper because I’m afraid of the chemicals in the fumes though, so we still have to go to the dump fairly often. But anyways today was a cardboard burning day. My husband was gracious enough to undertake this chore while I cleaned inside as it was only 10 degrees out
