Chamber

...music recital today in C'ville! We drove down with Ellie and really enjoyed the performances. There were five string ensembles, including Isabelle's, which played a piano quintet. Wonderful energy and musical chemistry between the students. I. told us that most of them aren't music majors, so it's great they still get the opportunity to participate in groups like these. The main image is of the members (photogenic, I thought) of a trio I especially liked.

Ate lunch at Corner Juice afterwards. I'm a fan of their dark chocolate matcha powerballs.

Ellie leaves for home (TN) tomorrow morning. It's been a good visit, though I admit I'm looking forward to some quiet time in the household (ie no kids or guests, much as we love them).
