.....on the day Sir Alex Ferguson announced his retirement from being a dreadful bully at Man Utd; is it just me who finds his rude and aggressive behaviour unacceptable for a role model and leader? There wasn't much sign of the front page events at Salford by the Burn back here in the city. A good* but tiring day delivering Pensions Reform training to a gaggle of northerners.

Heading for home in an hour or so. It'll be good to be home as I have't been there since Monday.
