Longridge Town 1 Eccleshill United 1
Chester beat Blyth Spartans 1-0 last night to continue their good run which left me with the opportunity to visit a new ground today. For the groundhoppers and football fans who follow me this completed all the grounds in the North West Counties Premier Division although today's fixture was in the FA Vase.
The ground has the lovely backdrop of Pendle Hill but it was bitterly cold and inevitably went to penalties with Eccleshill winning 4-2. That is the 4th penalty shootout I have seen this season.
