Pollok House's 'big' tree

A walk in the park, drinking our carry out coffees as we walked ... dry but quite chilly.

Passing the house on our way back to the cars we popped in to see the Christmas decorations. There is a very large tree in the entrance hall and this rather large bauble was hanging near the bottom.

I made a start to Christmas this afternoon by writing my Christmas cards in readiness for posting tomorrow. Next on the list is to check the wee lights that I put on my cotoneaster near the front door .... I have spare batteries just in case.
