Idiot Parking

When I picked Teba from her bus, I spotted this sign, glued on a car.
It means a kind of "Idiot Parking".
I totally agree. It was an idiot parking. 
I wait daily near this parking space of a bank for Teba to return home and it seems to be incredible difficult to park there. In former days the lamps were set near the path, but they were destroyed frequently. Have a look at the traces in front of the bush....
No, I didn't glue the sign. 
But to be honest I would love to know where I can get them ;-)
