Daisies
I have been struck this spring by the impressive displays of dandelions and daisies.
These plants, which I curse as weeds if they intrude upon my garden, can be really quite beautiful when they appear in large swathes in the countryside or in parks.
The daisies in Alvaston Park were flowering so densely today that at first sight, from a distance, they looked more like a dusting of snow.
