In wonderful local caff for a working lunch with a chum, and this cake was proudly brought over to show me ( I know them pretty well!) It was made for the owner Nora as a surprise thank you, and perfectly captures her utterly madcap approach to life. (She’s a bit like Mary Poppins meets Madame Cholet meets Goldie Hawn)
