W's "go to" comfort food

Daal and rice.

We didn't view the house today after all - having lashed out €3 to do a Covid test - all our tests have been negative, but I still have a bad cough - I got a phone call from the Auctioneer to let me know the highest offer on the house was now €35,000 above the initial advertised price.  We decided that it was now too expensive and I phoned back to cancel our viewing.

Other than that, I've barely stirred from the sofa all day.  I feel very sorry for myself - but I'm also sorry for W who has to listen to me coughing at regular intervals.
